Cold, dirty and hungry, Frannie was found
sleeping under a car at 6 weeks old. Fortunately, Frannie, her mom and her siblings were trapped by a kind Feral Cat Alliance rescuer. Now baby Frannie and the rest of her family are in warm, loving foster homes. Because of you, we are able to continue this vital work.

Dear Friend of Felines,

The holidays are a time to gather with friends and family in the comfort of our homes, enjoy heaping plates of holiday fare, and remember the loved ones in our lives.

As I enjoy all of the holiday cheer this season, I will also remember all the homeless animals who will never know these simple pleasures of life without our help. Like the "street" cat who is climbing into the hood of a car to escape the cold... .or the frightened, crying kitten, looking desperately for food and comfort...or the pregnant cat who is giving birth to another litter of kittens— and has no way to protect them from the cruelty of this world.

I know you also feel the pain and suffering of homeless cats and kittens, and want to do everything you can to provide them, the gifts of food, safety, and love.

This year, working together, you and I made a direct difference for thousands of stray cats. FCA provided daily feed to countless cats at our feeding stations throughout Los Angeles. And cats who were born into neighborhoods that saw them only as "nuisance animals", were instead humanely trapped, fixed, and provided daily support care. Through our foster care and adoption programs, over 170 cats received veterinary and rehabilitative care, and we worked hard to find each and every cat a loving, permanent home.

Your support made these and many other efforts possible, but there are thousands more who need our help today.

Please join with me, to bring peace and joy to homeless cats during this holiday season... and throughout the coming year. Your special holiday gift will help us continue our rescue, advocacy and education programs—so that one day, no cat will know the misery, pain, and fear of "life on the streets".
